So awesome. There is a highway here in one of the busiest parts of CA with hills on either side. I used to travel this highway very often and sometimes I would spot a deer or two. I started to realize that every morning I saw a deer my day would be GREAT. I don't know why, maybe it was just the excitement of seeing nature so close that put me in a good mood in the morning. I started to call them my good luck charms. They are just so pretty and seem so peaceful. I love this pic, it brought back good memories!

they are scary when they run out in front of you. I saw a small one this morning on my way to work...both the car in front of me and I slowed down to see if they were any more! Not quick enough to get the camera though and there was a car behind me too!

You weren't kidding when you told me that you had deer too! I'd like to see a bear picture too! When you decide to go for a drive a little farther away than the bus stop that is. Amazing what all a "big city" can offer.

wow ..as much as I'm not happy with deer this year , I do understand how cool it is when the actually let you take a photo. They are so beautiful. great shot...
