This lo was created for the bling challenge with a pic of my daughters a couple of winters ago. The background paper is actually white with reflective silver distressed in the patterned paper but it doesn't photograph well. I used all sorts of bling on this layout and in person it is bright and shiny. Sorry for the poor photo.
Journaling behind the photo is a circle stamped with journaling panel and it pulls up where the 3 gems are located.
