This is one I did for a client album. Aren't her girls cute?

Supplies:
Doodlebug PP
Metal rimmed tag MM
Ribbon charm MM
Rub on MM
Date rub on Lil' Davis
Brad JoAnn ScrapEssentials
CS Paper Reflections

I stitched up each side of the Patterned paper and then tore out the middle and curled the torn edge up slightly for dimension.
