I love this photo of Savanna. Even though Skyler was jumping on her back and choking her, she looks so calm and loving. I think she is going to make a wonderful mother someday (seeing as she's getting so much practice at such an early age)! :)


Journaling:
Look at you. You take care of your brother. You help with the laundry. You pull your very pregnant mommy off the couch when she’s stuck. You get the boys in the car. You unlock the back door when my hands are full. You wash the kitchen floor. You love to help me cook. And you can’t wait till the new baby arrives so you can help take care of it. You have become invaluable to me and it’s been amazing to watch you transform. Even though you can be a handful at times, you have an undeniable nuturing spirit that is reflected in your eyes. And when I see that spirit...it's easy to forget that you're only six.
