After the wedding I decided that I wanted to get my hair cut. I chose to donate my hair to Locks of Love. Locks of Love is an organization that creates hair pieces for kids who are financially disadvantaged and suffering from a long-term medical hair loss condition. In order to donate one's hair you must be able to give a ten inch pony tail. That was a big change for me, but well worth it knowing that I could make a child's life a little brighter.
