Hugs - support - encouragement and love to you! Believe in yourself - and push yourself. I've been there a few times and my one peice of advice is if you trip up and stumble - DON'T give up - we are only human and we all have to live a little - just get yourself back on track if you do. Don't dwell on it or feel guilty about it. If you ever need anything let me know - I'm rooting for ya to get to whatever goal you set for yourself!

weight loss challenge picture

I finally swallowed my pride and had my dh take my picture for this challenge. How embarrassing! I already had one woman at the store tell me that I looked scared to death in the picture. Wouldn't you be if you looked like me? lol This is February 22, 2005.
