This is for Turtlelady's Cat Photo Mat Swap. I used DCWV metalic cardstock (blue color) for the base of the photo mat. The little cat & mouse in the corner is dry embossed. I went over the dry embossing with a light brown ink to make it stand out. This scan came out light so it is hard to tell on this picture. I attached the embossed cat accent with foam squares so that it pops off the photo mat. Each photo mat has a different little metal embellie in the corner because they came in a pack of six with six different designs.
