I was looking through Sept Ck and saw layouts about people's jobs which really is nothing new, but I have always skipped over this because of my situation of not being able to take photos were I work but I got inspiration the other day to just take a photo of my keyboard at home. I accidently or rather didn't realize I only had glossy photo paper when I printed the photo and not wanting to waste ink decided to distress it a bit to make it look like an old type of photo and of course the layout progressed from there. The hidden journaling reads "I am employed as a Software Configuration Manager Engineer working on a secure program or project. I can’t bring any type of device into my area that can copy files, take pictures or record conversations. It’s really hard to talk about my job with my family because most of the stuff other than talking about my co-workers is classified. To further complicate matters when people ask me what I do they have no idea what a Software Configuration Manager does. Even though I live and work in the Silicon Valley the most hi-tech city around the majority of people know more about what scrapbooking is than what a Software CM is or even does. The easiest way I can tell anyone what I do is tell them it’s sort of like providing Quality Assurance surprisingly a lot of people understand what QA does just not a SCM. " TFL
