Dreams really do come true - Baby Girl Elegant Elements kit

This layout showcases the Elegant Elements Baby Girl dimensional page kit. The background will actually be this yellow & pink rose pattern. There are 3 pieces from the kit in the layout - title block (look of layers are embossed at "torn" edges with a layer of clear vellum on top printed in script font), journaling box (used as a frame for the top left photo in this layout; quilled flower adhered to decorative corner) and quilled baby carriage.
