Newest member of the family. Let me tell you how he got the name of Little Bill. We have always owned chihuahuas. And you all know how yappy and hyper they can be. My older chihuahua doesn't like my brother-in-law Bill and Bill doesn't like Shorty. My dh thought it would be funny to name the new chihuahua Little Bill in honor of b-i-l and the name stuck. Welcome Little Bill. LOL
