My nephew, Levi, during a family outing this summer. I thought this photo reflected tranquility, peacefulness, and serenity.

Created for two Aug. challenges: BasicGrey and Are you Creative or Clueless

BasicGrey periphery line of paper and fibers was used along with rub ons, a book clip, and a chipboard tag.

Ribbons/Fibers were used on the book clip, as a border on the photo mat, to create the lacing which holds a tag, decorative element on tag, and to attach the journaling tag at the bottom.

The title was printed on a transparency, layers of paint were added behind it, and then I did light sanding to add more texture.

The photo corners were made using the BasicGrey notch tool.
