These are such cute pictures! I really like how you cut around your flowers of the patterned paper and the journaling circle half covered is such a cool idea. I do think however that there needs to be something that just ties this whole page together. If you move the circle tag with the word "is" closer to the picture or overlapping I think that will help and then if you doodle somthing simple all around the whole page, such as a scribble straight line and then add some more doodling around your pictures and tags everything might be drawn together.
Both of your two-pagers are working well together & your cat, jealous ('cause my husband can't have one). I think you need to matte the larger photo on this one, in the same pp as the smaller framed one but with the photo on top and a thinner frame width. I agree with straightening out the words. The "is" tag is floating to me so my own suggestion would be to shift it down just a bit so it's closer to "Sam". Your tag work and inking...stunning!
I love the colors and I like the way the pps, ribbons, buttons, and chippies all complement one another. Cutting around the flowers adds interest. I especially love that the page is about a kitty! I'm with the ladiezz on straightening the first three words. I'd like to see "my" shadowed by that polka dot pp so that it doesn't get lost in the bg pp. I'd also move "name" over to the left margin, and scooch "is" a little more to the right, maybe even overlapping the photo edge a bit. Next, I'd like to see the peaks of M in "SAM" shaped and pointed more like kitty ears. I feel the little framed photo needs a little something on the frame to draw some attention to it. Finally, I think rounded photo edges would be more agreeable.
OMG what a cutie! Love the journaling & photos. Wonderful pp, love how you cut out the flowers, & the buttons are adorable! I'm kind of wishing "is" was centered more in the tag. I'm also wanting more emphasis on "Sam" but not sure how so... perhaps a cutout or 2 of the pp flowers around it, or maybe doodled flowers/swirls?? hmmm... maybe I'll come back to that. Overall, the photos, journaling, colors, pp & that cute charm work together to make a lovely page!
Love that you cut around the flowers in the pp. I think on this one i'd straighten up the word "name" and I'd straighten not the tag, but the word "is" in the tag. Love the placement of the journaling circle, and that little picture is great. Love the colors
