I made this for friends getting married. I used the Cricut cartridge Mini Monograms for the scallops, a Studio G stamp, DCWV Floral Matstack, a pre-made Joanne's card and the Threading Water punch. Also... some Prisma pencils to color, and stickles for sparkle, a little bit of CTMH ink for the edges.
