This was another "fun" technique that Whiskermouse showed me (I think it's one of my favorite techniques) Simple and Fun! When you open the card you have a little Leprechaun wishing you the "Luck o' the Irish popping up. Of Course, I had to Glitz everything with glitter! TFL
