Polish Heritage Christmas Card 3D

This card is unfinished until I find out how to spell "greetings" in Polish to go on the bottom front , inside says Wesolych Swiat. Card is machine stitched on Martha Stewart Brown card, Basic Grey double sided fruitcake papers, lace, flower, brad, sakura pens and the image is 3D as I printed it twice and the girl is double.
