The butterfly was stamped on cheap cardstock I got at the office supply. I got my best results using either Palette Noir Black Hybrid or VersaFine inks. The Palette had the best detail and the Versafine had the best solid blacks. Momento also gave good results with a bit less detail. I’m a beginning stamper so I would suggest experimenting with what works best for your. I colored in the butterfly using Prismacolor Watercolor Pencils. The butterfly is mounted on Paper Accents pearl vellum distressed with Ranger-Holtz Broken China and Faded Jeans Distress Inks. I used a 72 pt Croissant font for the “Thank You”, printed it out and used it for a pattern to cut out the letters from Terrifically Tacky Tape. I sprinkled the heather Flower Soft on the Terrifically Tacky Tape before applying the letters to the card. General directions for using Flower Soft is on the Flower-Soft website. The butterfly antenna is made from black beading wire and seed beads glued on with the Best Glue Ever.
