I was inspired my a minicard/gifttag with similar snowman layout & decided to apply the idea to a full size card.
Handcut snowman body circle. Topped with felt scarf then added snowman head. Glued 2 eyes & orange cs for carrot nose. Used Copic marker to give carrot lines. Applied rubon.
