I created the "file folder" style card base using the We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board & a tutorial I saw online. I cut the rickrack from white felt & then dyed it using blue Dylusions spray ink & 2 different blue Alcohol Inks with the Alcohol Blending Solution to blend the colors. I also did this technique for the hair on the baby. I hand lettered the "It's a boy" words. The baby's face is just cardstock that I drew eyes & a mouth on with a fine-point marker.
