"Happy Valentines Day" was stamped and powder embossed. The hearts were cut out with my Cricut machine. Under them I used a separate piece of paper to use strips of scrap paper to color the hearts. I hand punched to bottom edge of the base card then added ribbon and buttons from my stash. I also used a gel pen on the edges of the card.
