Water Shaker Mermaid Birthday Card

I wanted to make a fun summertime mermaid themed card for my dad's 82nd birthday. He had a heart attack about a month ago, and while he is recovering nicely, I wanted to send him a fun celebrating life kind of card.
I made the water shaker out of small confetti, hand sanitizer gel, and a zip lock bag. I watercolored the ocean background on watercolor paper, and I Copic colored the mermaid stamps, one of which I altered into a mermaid from a little girl image by doodling a little tail and paper piecing it onto her bottom half.
I love pushing the gel around and making the sparkly scatter confetti move and sparkle.
