This card was inspired by Jennifer McGuire. I heat embossed a hydrangea stamp from Stampendous in white. Then I added Salty Ocean Distress Ink directly to my watercolor paper until it was saturated. I used a Waterbrush to add water to the stamped image, and it lifted some of the color. I die cut the word Hello (from Hero Arts) from pearl paper and fun foam to give my sentiment some dimension. The rest of the sentiment was heat embossed in white. The butterfly is a Martha Stewart punch, and I used more pearl paper and blue cardstock for the layers. I added foam tape to the wings before adhering it to the card to give the impression it's really flying. A few pearls finish off my card. Thanks for looking!
