I made this emoji card for my girlfriend. We made a deal that I cannot buy art supplies, except adhesives for 2 months. She cannot buy books (novels). The buying has been reduced to 1 month, but I am going to not buy for 2 months since I have so many supplies.
I told her that I'm going to have to make lots of cards for her in order to use up some of my supplies. We named off card themes, and she made a joke by saying emoji card as a theme. That is how I got the idea.
I made the yellow happy face last year for a project but never used it until now. I changed the eyes to the hearts and added the hair and moustache.
The pink hearts represent my love for her and the speech bubbles are symbols that I talk too much.
