Entered into the February Die Cutters Challenge. I used some glitter paper on the bottom. I cut out the title and the penguins with my Cricut machine and the Winter Frolic cartridge. I used a Distress Marker to color the penguins feet and I used 3D foam under the smallest penguin. I added some store bought snowflakes. Yes, I made the envelope for it.
