Great niece's Valentine

This one was purposefully made in Scarlet and Grey (OSU) because her dad (my Nephew) is a Wisconsin fan! The grey background is Momenta. The heart is textured red. The bear is part of an larger image image I had in my painting books that I drew on paper that looked like white chenille, and shaded. Cut the balloons on my Cricut and added R&W twine. At first, I drew the bear on a balloon cut from the chenille paper, but it looked funny, so I cut the bear out, but left the bottom of the balloon. That's why it looks like he has a growth!
