To create this card I colored the little girl in bright summer colors using Copic markers and then fussy cut her out. I used Memento ink in Bahama blue for the sentiment and die cut it in an oval and placed it in a frame that I cut out on my Cricut quite some time ago. I used a yellow dotted background and matted it with red and yellow then adhered it to a white card base
