Card I made using Stampin Up's Waterfront stamp set. The background was inspired by a Pinterest post by Joyce Whitman. I changed colors of ink over what she used and used ribbon instead of twine as it was going in the mail. I didn't want it bulky. I'm having so much fun with this stamp set.
