Gorgeous colors with the oxides. Like the die cut scrolled oval background. I really think wheat is such a pretty fall symbol. The added leaves are also a nice touch.
The wheat die cuts are from Keri (msdixon) from LauralsAttic die cut swap. They were all cut in this beautiful golden mustard color. I adhered them to a white oval and added vine leaves that I stamped in similar colors. I cut apart a few of the leaves and let them fall around the wheat stalks. I adhered this to another oval in lavender and added the sentiment across the middle. The seam binding is hand dyed with distress oxide wilted violet ink. The background is on water color paper and I used wilted violet and spiced marmalade distress oxide inks and water. I used Spellbinders Iron Elegante die to dress up the ovals.
