My niece fell in love with a sample card on a Northwoods Rubber Stamps Sample Board. I wanted to duplicate it for her. However, the first card I made went to my sister-in-law's father (Card 2). I was surprised at how easy it was to watercolor this. I did have to touch up the glitter border with a Tombow marker because I didn't notice that the Matte Accents didn't completely fill the border space. I added more Matte Accents and glitter, but I still needed to fill in some white areas with the marker. When I made three more cards, I colored the border before applying the glitter, and I was more careful to spread the glitter to cover the entire area. That worked better. (Card 1)
I used the sample card in Northwoods Rubber Stamp Gallery (Winter Scenery) to help me choose my colors, and copied the blue glitter border they used.
