Entered into the Dec Inspirational Card Challenge for COLOR. I rounded all top right corners. I stamped and embossed the orange circle then hand punched it out. The scalloped circle was cut with my Cricut machine. I used 3D foam under the scalloped one for dimension. Added a little bow and made the envelope.
