I made this card using Altenew bold alphabet dies for the word "wish," Tim Holtz swirling stars thinlits dies, Ranger distress inks for the background colors, Delicata shimmer ink pad to add shine over the distress inks, dimensional white paint for the speckled "stars," and glued on some opaque sequins with Diamond Glaze. I used some of the extra stars from the dies negative space to glue onto the top layer of the card for more depth.
