This card was inspired by the July 2019 Card Inspiration Challenge's Technique category. This month's technique was was wet paper stamping and required at least a 2-step stamp to do it as instructions indicated. My flowers were actually 3 step. Still turned out I think. The stamp set is Penned and Painted by Stampin Up. The sentiment stamp is by Cindy Echtinaw Designs and is called Special Sentiments.
Note: After looking at this a while longer, I decided that the sentiment looked crooked and decided to redo it to correct that... which I have, but this is the photo of the original version.
