I used a bright green base paper and edged it with black ink. I drew and cut out the boot to fit the card I wanted to make The boot is made of black paper, and the top a multi-color stripes. On the boot I added a gem designs, a pretty lt. see thru ribbon with dots, and stickles on the stripes, and I better do a lighter layer. The Boo was made from our friend Ro, thank you it is perfect.
