Jan 2020 Card Sketch Challenge - Sketch #5
I stenciled the celtic & thistle designs and inked the background. I stamped the hat/shamrocks and water colored them. I die cut the banner, doily, and shamrocks. I shaped the shamrocks and used dimensional tape to secure them to the card.
