For my friend's daughter who turned 3. I used die-cuts of numbers. The flower next to the #1 was lying around in the house. I added a flower eyelet in the middle of it. Then for the #2, I used 2 negatives from the punches & added flower eyelets. For #3 I just used the flower punches. Scraps of cs helped to divide the segments.
