Journaling: A conversation with Katie and Sam is always fun; you just never know where it will go and what they will say. One day we were talking about their friends at school which led to a question about boyfriends and girlfriends. The next logical progression in the conversation was marriage. The subject of money came up, and Katie decided she wasn’t going to get married because her husband might not share his money with her. We think there might be some reluctance on her part to share, also. Sam used to say he was going to marry Katie until he found out there were laws against that. The last time the subject of marriage came up, he announced he wasn’t getting married because “you have to kiss on the lips!” Something tells me that opinion will change all too soon.
