This is Elijah at 8 months old. I tucked journaling to him under the picture.

Both the title and quote are from Great Expectations by Charles Dickens.

Journaling reads:
Elijah, sometimes I don’t even think the word “character” is enough to describe your personality. It seems you’ve had this goofy guy personality since the minute you were born! I love that you make us laugh, and my hope is that you’ll hang on to this personality for a life-time.

The quote is printed on muslin and then distress inked and stitched. I used rub ons for the words "precious rascal" to make them stand out.
