Oh wow, and he died a war hero too? I'm sorry, and it is sad to hear that, but still what an honor to have a relative who helped pay a price for what they thought was right!

Interesting info! I was fortunate to locate my gggrandfather's grave in the Old City Cemetery in Lexington, VA and did a couple of LOs that are posted in my gallery.
