Wonderful job! Hope I do this good on my Brothers Fishing pages! And my own from childhood! I love how yours turned out!
TFS!
Celia : )
PS: That reminds me, I'll have to find an old bobber for mine! Just was thinking how cool that would be to have in yours too! Wonder if there is a way to cut them in half?
You know what??? I have already commented on this one! But it drew me back in again so I thought I would let you know again that it is amazing, creative, cool.
I just love it angela! What a great idea!! The only thing I MIGHT add would be a fishing net in the corner..but that would just be a maybe! It looks great!
Amazing!! Love everything about this. The layering, pics, and embellishments are just wonderful. This is very creative, and a great gift idea. I know your Papa will love it!!
I love this. I hadn't thought of making a shadow box with some of the heritage things I have been working on. Thanks for the idea and again this is absolutely great.
This is what my husband and I gave my Papa for Christmas. He's 80-something now, but I'm not sure how old the photo is. The large pic is my Papa and his Mom (my great-granmother!) and was scanned and enlarged to about 7x7. It was originally b&w, but sepia looked better on this I thought. The other two pics were actually in color, but I changed the bottom one to sepia b/c it had too much white. I really feel like I needed to do more, but I was finishing it after DH and I were suppose to have left so he could go to work, so I had to stop with this. (I must give credit to DH---he helped wire the 3d elements on to the board.) Technically I could add more next time I visit, so let me know what you think.
NJStampinMom, I read the comment on the twine too late. Twine wouldn't hold it's shape alone, but I may go back and wrap the wire with twine
TFL!
