I have my papers standing up like this, but in an empty copy paper box BF brought me home from his job. It's not very attractive, but it sure is alot easier filing though it like this to find what I want instead of having to take it all out of the Sterelite drawers and shuffle through it. This is great, Daphne :)

12 x 12 paper file

I made this paper file for my scraproom. I used legal sized hanging file folders and regular legal sized file folders and taped them together to fit 12 x 12 paper. The rack is a metal rack that is made to fit inside a file cabinet drawer. It is screwed onto a wood frame made from scrap 2 x 4 lumber. This added hieght provides the added depth to accomodate the folders.
