This is a scraplift from "scrappy_bear", it was so cute that I had to have one of my own.
I used my CM circle cutter templates and cut the mickeys out of another sheet of paper and the vellum bubbles were also cut out of another sheet of paper. I used scraps to mat the photos and for the title.
