I did this one last February. I had a lot of fun tearing and distressing, as you can probably see. I got the pictures of the trucks and the road maps from Google images and printed them out on cardstock. The journaling was printed on transparency paper and glued to an office supply tag that I inked with ColorBox fluid chalk (love that stuff) and stamped.
