I love this layout. My ds has Aspergers, and it's wonderful when these kids are allowed to develop at their own pace. I can remember telling my older, neuro-typical kids to "get off of that fence", but high-fiving DH when our aspie tried to climb the fence himself!
I used my Swirlydoos September kit and add on kit to create most of this layout. This is a pic I took of my ds standing in the office chair. This is his new thing- he thinks it is hilarious when I tell him to sit down. It's actually kind of cute! The journaling is tiny, but the basic idea is a note to him about how he is developing at his own pace, and I love it- even the trouble he's been getting in to. He has Autism and other issues.
