Halloween 2005 (right page)

This is the second page of a 4 page layout of me and my co-workers on Halloween 2005. 101 Dalmations was a fun costume to do and we had enough people participate to make it believable. What a fun day!
I cut the title letters with my Cricut using the Plantin Schoolbook cartridge and accented the edges of the letters/numbers with Stickles in Black Diamond.
The 3 black 'circles' on the page are actual felt 'spots' that I wore as part of my costume and saved for the page. The tag with the red ribbon is my dog tag from my costume that I saved as well. The paw print & 'Cruella' stickers are from the EK Success Disney 101 Dalmations 'Cruella' sticker sheet that I used the remainder of on the left page of this layout.

I made the costumes for the dalmations but wanted to keep it simple enough so nobody would have to buy anything special to participate, that's why we have some 'reverse' dalmations (dressed in black with white spots). I personally chose to do that because I'm a bigger girl and black is more slimming plus, white just gets too dirty. Anyway, I cut out felt 'spots' in black and white so you could have spots not matter what color you chose to dress in. I made ears for each person and attached them to several different types of headbands as of course, hair type and style sometimes dictate what will stay in your hair and I get headaches easily so I had a few choices for everyone. To finish off the costume, I made dog collars with each person's name and used red ribbon for the collar so it would be easily adjustable, as noted above, I saved mine and made it part of this layout.
