These are truly great pictures and your layout brings the focus to them. Your work was one of the first I saw when I first joined this site 10 months ago. Now when I have learned how to use it properly :), I am coming back to ensure I leave you my appreciation!!
You know, you see an awful lot of really talented work on here by some incredibly creative artists but this LO stopped me in my tracks! Amazing photos, beautifully highlighted!
Awesome ics and a great lo! I am a teacher and I chose this song to play for my kids when I made a video of them from the whole year! Great lyric to choose for this! :)
In 1987, we took our then 2 year old son and 4 year old daughter to the Corning Museum of Glass (in central NY). The were fascinated (and dwarfed by) the first casting of a 200" telescope lens on display in the foyer. My husband took these amazing (pre-digital!) photographs of them silhouetted by the honeycombed shape lens.
This layout was made for the February "Country Love" Lyric Challenge. The vellum sub-title "I hope you never lose your sense of wonder" is from the song of love and encouragement "I Hope You Dance" by Lee Ann Womack (2000).
By the way, the casting of the 200" Hale Reflecting Telescope is still on exhibit at the museum (23 years later) and is prominently featured on their website.
