I love all the fonts and the two pics are so precious together!! What a difficult challenge---what if you'd thrown out all your old stuff---or just started with only the new stuff! Just thinking out loud. ;) You did a great job!
Here is my entry for the scraptathlon week 9. We had the assignment of making a LO with older style scrap items including stickers, diecuts and deco-scissors. We could not use any "current" embellies at all. We also were not allowed to buy anything new for this challenge. I don't know why, but I had the hardest time with this one!
This LO is pictures of me and my DS each sitting on the porch at my parents house with the dog. We are both between 1 1/2 and 2 years old. (Yup, my parents still live in that house!)
The More Things Change The More They Stay The Same! 27 years may have gone by, but there's still no better way to take in the view than sitting on the porch with a favorite dog!. Like mother, like son! (Taken on the porch in Lake in the Hills.)
I had a sticker sneeze making the title. I didn't even know I had this many different sticker alphabets!
I used 2 different deco-scissors. 1 for the matting, 1 for the journaling box.
The only diecuts I own are a set of flowers, so I used the 2 roses to tie the pictures together.
The pp is from the very first paper pack I got when I made my first scrapbook 3 years ago. I don't know the brand, but I remember buying it at Walmart. I also use my old felt tip markers for the first time in a long time (you know the ones, they are narrow on one side and thick on the other).
