These are some older pics- they aren't the best quality as they were taken before we had the digital camera. I scanned them into the computer and tried to clean them up a bit and I also changed them to b/w. For this page I used papers from October Afternoon's "Thrift Shop" and "Fly a Kite" lines. The grass border was handcut. I added a blanket stitch around the brown piece of paper. And I also handstitched above the flags. Journaling reads:

"This was the year we took Kimberly's kids, Katie & Adam, to the fair. They had a great time riding the rides & looking at the animal exhibit. This was also the year that Joshua convinced me to ride the "Scorpion", & then he was the one who got sick...October 2006"
