Once again, I find myself living vicariously through you, my dear Vija. Wow! What a photo and what a page. I love that free flowing bit of twine. That whole page is gorgeous. Great design.
I love your stitching. That is so cool. Mine doesn't stitch that way. Hmmmmm, I'm thinking your hubby bought you a nicer sewing maching than mine did. lol Love this layout. Such gorgeous paper for a gorgeous view. Awesome chippies.
Love ALL the layers...such pretty colors...goes perfectly w/the great picture!! love the raw chipboards!! You are making me feel bad about my sewing machine...I've had it for 1 1/2 yrs & haven't used it half as much as you're your new one...what a great hubby you have : )
That pink paper piece really makes the red roofs pop in your photo!!! I love the dusty attic pieces. The title piece is so pretty and I like the little rose bud you added.

Oh Vija this is gorgeous!!! I love the stitching. I have had a machine for a while but I can't figure out how to make it work on paper. I keep adjusting the tension but so far not so good! LOL Thanks so much for using my sketch again. This page is incredibly beautiful. The embossed texture adds so much!

Oh gosh, that photo looks so stunning! It seems like Italy has some gorgeous architecture:) Your layout is totally gorgeous too. I'm loving the bright colours you used and the beautiful embossed patterns.
This was the view from our balcony at Le Sirenese. We spent three nights at this beautiful hotel and it is definitely one place I want to go back to.
I used this same sketch by Heather Landry not long ago and I loved it so much I'm using it again. It is such a great versatile sketch. You can find it here: http://www.scrapbook.com/galleries/92738/view/3214959/-1/80/1.html or on her blog. Other than the background paper I used scraps from my stash. The chippies are both Dusty Attic...thankyou Chez for the flower one. My husband bought me a new scrapbooking tool a couple of weeks ago.... a sewing machine! He knows I can't sew but he has heard me often comment how much I admire the sewing on other's LO's so he surprised me with my gift & said I will be able to sew him a suit now. LOL TFL.
