This is my entry for Scraptathlon Week 4 - I Can See Clearly Now


For this challenge, we had to use a white background (which I never, ever do) and have at least 3 things on the LO that you can see through.



Celebrate Spring
After a long winter of cold weather and being cooped up inside, Cameron and Meghan were ready to celebrate Spring! They have been taking walks, playing in the park, blowing bubbles, and just basking in the sun! We love the Spring! -April 2006



I used textured white cardstock and pp from the Spring Stack. The word spring is spelled out in Mini Brush Letter stickers by Stickopotamus.


For my transparent elements, I used an acrylic celebrate tag by Elements, MM page pebbles over the word spring, I cut out flowers from the plastic package that the stickers came in and tinted the flowers with a felt-tipped marker. I also used clear buttons as the flower centers and a ribbon that you can see through.



I never use a white background, because I'm scared of blank space in my LOs, but I love the crispness of the white on this! Thanks for the fantastic challenge, Kia! This challenge was way outside of my comfort zone, but I love the results!
