For this LO, I had some inspiration from one I saw over at Get it scrapped by Lisa Dickinson found here:

The circle grid is distressed with Tumbled Glass Distress ink and then splattered acrylic paint in lots of colors. The circles are scraps from my various school paper pads and the pictures are matted in solid scraps.
To be entered in the July Multi pic challenge.
