The tag includes journaling similar to what is written below:
Baxter is my very special kitty! He was hit by a car in the face. December 1st 2002 is when I found him in the dog house covered in blood. I was sure he was going to have to be put down. Luckily all the damage was just to his face and he really wanted to live! He went through 3 surguries to repair his broken jaw and also had a tube placed in his neck that we fed him through. After a month in the hospital we brought him home. If I didn't work in a veterinary hospital he wouldn't be with us right now! He is NOT the cutest cat anymore, his face is still pretty screwed up (don't worry, he isn't in any pain, and you really can't tell in this picture), but I love him SO much! He is the biggest sweetheart ever and is always firmly planted in your lap sleeping!
Bazzill Cardstock Junkitz Kitty Zipper Pulls Mini brads (painter) Making Memories Key Lime Acrylic Paint Making Memories Faom Stamps- Philidelphia Uppercase Magic Mesh (painted) Dymo Labeler Black Ink Paper Clip from Target
Instructions...
I painted my white magic mesh, my mini brads, and my foam stamps, and journaling tag with the Making Memories Key Lime acrylic paint. I then stamped Baxter on the upper left hand side of the page. I placed My magic Mesh accross the middle lower part of the page and attached my tokens with the mini brads. To finish off the page I painted a white peice of paper with the Key Lime paint and let it dry. I then cut two 3/8" strips and ran them through my dymo labeler. To make the words stand out, I went back and inked over them with black ink. I went back afterwards and added a journaling tag behind the picture which can be pulled out by the paper clip.
